1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dni88 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dni88 platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, slots, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any other translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Amendments

dni88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between you and dni88, including support queries, dispute notices, and account correspondence, must be conducted in English. dni88 cannot guarantee the accuracy of any communication submitted in any other language.

1.3 Platform Availability

The dni88 platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is not authorised. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of products and services offered by dni88, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with dni88, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and are registering in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account with dni88.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by dni88.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful.
• You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily, not under compulsion or duress.

2.2 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any details change after registration — including your phone number, email address, or payment account — you must update your profile immediately. dni88 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different contact details, or via other household members for the purpose of duplicating bonuses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, dni88 will close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and may forfeit all balances across those accounts.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dni88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention practices. You may be required to provide the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension and eventual account closure. All submitted documents are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. dni88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team prior to that activity occurring.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dni88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods available at the time of the transaction, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution.
• dni88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposited funds are for gambling purposes only. dni88 does not pay interest on account balances.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Complex cases or large withdrawals may require additional review time of up to 5 business days.
• dni88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player within 12 hours of submission, provided the funds have not yet been transferred.

3.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the dni88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion is not offered. Players must fund their accounts and withdraw in BDT only.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

dni88 is committed to preventing the platform from being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a legitimate source of funds may be flagged for review. Where suspicious activity is identified, dni88 reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze balances pending investigation, and report the activity as required by applicable regulations.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

From time to time, dni88 offers bonuses, free credits, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated in the individual promotion.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, all bonus amounts awarded to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: Typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Crash Games (Monster Crash, Callbreak Quick): Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Sports Betting: Only settled bets on qualifying markets contribute toward wagering.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus credits and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion with other players to abuse promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, dni88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

4.4 Promotion Amendments

dni88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of amendment, except where the promotion has been identified as being exploited in a way contrary to its intended spirit.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dni88 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other players and the platform. The following behaviours are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing any other person, including a family member, to access or operate your account.
• Attempting to access the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool to disguise your true location or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — whether in games, the payment system, or the account dashboard. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error may be voided.
• Making chargebacks or reversing deposits via your payment provider after those funds have been used to wager on the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward dni88 staff or other players via any support or communication channel.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling — including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where dni88 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, the following actions may be taken:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
• Forfeiture of the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, where the funds are connected to the prohibited conduct.
• Recovery of any bonus or promotional credit improperly obtained.
• Reporting of the activity to relevant financial institutions or regulatory bodies where required by law.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

dni88 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of duplicate or multi-accounting activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under responsible gaming provisions.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

6.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the dni88 support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment account following completion of outstanding KYC checks.

6.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from all gambling activity and from receiving promotional communications. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the dni88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and any other material — is the intellectual property of dni88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dni88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use the dni88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.

7.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the dni88 platform are licensed from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. dni88 makes no ownership claim over third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dni88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

dni88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. dni88 accepts no liability for losses — including unrealised winnings — arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

8.2 Game Results

All casino game outcomes on the dni88 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by our licensed game providers. Once a game round is completed and a result is confirmed, it is final. dni88 is not liable for any player's dissatisfaction with game outcomes, provided those outcomes were generated by a functioning and certified RNG system.

8.3 Sports Betting Results

Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of real-world sporting events. In the event of a result dispute, the ruling of the relevant sporting body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, or the ICC for international fixtures) shall be binding. dni88 reserves the right to void bets where the result of a sporting event is officially overturned after settlement.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, dni88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date and whose usage patterns are affected by any changes are encouraged to contact support for clarification.
